波子提芝士忌廉蛋糕
Green Grapes cheese cream cake
蛋糕主要分了三層軟滑濕潤的原味戚風蛋糕，夾層抺上輕盈不厚膩的芝士忌廉及當造新鮮波子提子，口感清爽香甜。蛋糕面層以檸檬乾片、多種香草及銀箔作裝飾。

建議自備保溫袋及冰包，或以$20 加購。保溫袋及冰包可延長蛋糕於室溫存放1小時。但因為忌廉蛋糕比較脆弱及易溶，我們建議客人盡快放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)。
蛋糕存放 STORAGE
取蛋糕後建議於半小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)並於當天享用，切勿於室溫下存放超過 1 小時。請放入雪櫃最少半小時後才享用，口感更佳。
