Rising multi-faceted artist Shaboozey is building a world of his own, carving a distinct lane in contemporary Country music.

Born to parents of Nigerian descent and raised in the small town of Woodbridge, VA, Shaboozey grew up on an eclectic mix of music encompassing everything from Country and Blues to classic hip-hop and R&B. A true crossover artist, he set the stage for the “Modern Cowboy” takeover in 2024.

Shaboozey’s epic run began in October 2023 with the release of “Let It Burn” which quickly engaged audiences and caught the attention of Beyoncé. The single organically led to Shaboozey being featured on Beyonceì’s culture shifting album COWBOY CARTER—the only artist with multiple appearances on the project.

Shaboozey’s latest body of work, the critically acclaimed Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200 and was praised by NPR for being “the future of country music.”

The album’s smash single “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” made history as Shaboozey became the first Black male artist to reach the top of both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Hot Country Charts for multiple weeks. He also became the first artist in history to reach the top of the charts at 4 radio formats - Country, Top 40, Rhythm and Hot Adult Contemporary.

The song is now the most consumed song of 2024 according to Luminate data, 4X RIAA-certified platinum, launched him to mainstream stardom and has become the “song of the summer” as described by Rolling Stone. With the meteoric rise of “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Shaboozey and Beyonceì became the first Black artists to score back-to-back leaders in the Billboard Hot Country Songs’ 66-year history. True to his Virginia roots, Shaboozey aims to continue the region’s long-standing tradition of prolific creativity, this time by expanding the scope of contemporary country and introducing the sound to a global audience.

In addition to his record breaking run on the charts, Shaboozey had standout performances on the Kelly Clarkson Show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and was the first Country Artist to perform at the BET Awards in 2024.

Shaboozey surprised audiences at Stagecoach and Capital’s Summertime Ball, and shut down Nashville with his performance at the2024 CMA Fest. In the Fall, Shaboozey will embark on his SOLD OUT headline tour and has dates with Jelly Roll across America.

Ignore the bad reviews, read mine!
Pictures don’t make you think much, but in-person these are beautiful and well made. I’ve been trying to replace everything with cleaner safer alternatives. Honestly I love everything this brand offers and stands for! Some things to think about when you see other peoples negative reviews. Since these cutting boards are all around safe and clean with no toxic coating’s that most have to make them last longer, they do require more maintenance, when people don’t follow that maintenance you get a warped or cracked board. Also they are not meant to last as long as your plastic one from Walmart, they should be replaced more often. Luckily for a pack of 3, and I’ll say again that are TRULY non toxic, they are super reasonably priced! For what they offer I would even pay more for these. They do also come with instructions on how to care for them! So if you are the type of person to leave things dirty, or wet in the sink, these are probably not for you. For anyone who doesn’t mind taking the extra minute these are a must (literally a quick wipe, rinse and hand dry, it’s nothing). Gives me a breathe of fresh air to know I’m using safe, and clean products.

Cutting boards will splinter
A lot of the reviews that are saying these wooden boards splinter are true. I was excited to find some nontoxic wooden cutting boards for such a great price. Upon arrival, they seemed pretty decent quality when I pulled them out of the package. I proceeded to use the large one so I gave it a quick rinse with warm water and was taken back by fumes coming off the cutting board and then wiped it down with a white paper towel and my paper towel was brown. I was a little discouraged, but decided to give it a better rinse with a soap, free brush. At that point once I dried it off whatever coding was on it came off and it was rough and splinters everywhere. Definitely a little upset that the splinters could’ve ended up in our food. These are not good quality non-toxic cutting boards I would rather spend a little extra money on a quality board that is not going to sprinter Wood shavings into my food.

Very good, just be sure not to leave in water
Overall, this is a very good product as my wife and I are moving towards non-toxic kitchen materials. My only advice is to make sure to not leave this submerged in water otherwise mold will easily form.

Truly non-toxic but a little rough and uneven
I’m very impressed with the packaging of this. When I first opened the box I was shocked that there was a plastic wrapping around the boards when they promised to be non toxic but then I saw the sticker that the wrapping was not plastic and I was very happy. The boards themselves are pretty nice and a good thickness but the only thing is I feel like the board is a little rough and parts of the board come up and are not smooth.

Not Durable…Splintered….
Had to chuck these. I loved them at first but they are not durable. Scratched themselves up right away and then the mid sized one started to splinter. I didn’t even have it for very long before I had to get rid of them. Long enough to not be able to return. I prefer the bamboo as far as wood goes, but switched to an antibacterial. It’s crazy because I had the same cutting boards for years and in the past month I’ve had to replace them 3 times now. I was so disappointed because there were such amazing reviews. Sadly that was not the case for me. I give it a 3 because they are absolutely beautiful…..you get points for being beautiful I suppose in this world. But not durable. At least not for me.
