Longevity ATP is a unique orally bioavailable form of ATP identical to the molecular form produced in the body, previously only available through injections or IV drips. Using the patented PeakATP ® formula to deliver a clinically studied dose of potent energy into your cells, infusing tissues with greater capacity to do more. Longevity ATP can help you to feel your best in the gym or in the boardroom, since it can support muscle strength and energy as well as cognitive performance.

ATP, or Adenosine Triphosphate, is the cellular energy currency that fuels every activity within your body. From supporting cellular repair, to powering cognitive function, ATP is indispensable. Unfortunately, as we age, the natural production of ATP declines. This reduction not only impacts energy levels but contributes to cellular aging itself. Addressing ATP decline is key to maintaining vitality and mitigating the negative effects associated with unhealthy aging.

Research-Supported Benefits:

Youthful Cellular Energy

As we age, the body’s ability to produce and maintain optimal levels of ATP declines. This reduction in ATP levels can lead to decreased cellular energy, impacting various bodily functions.

Supplementing with Longevity ATP may help to boost ATP levels in cells, thereby enhancing overall energy metabolism. This can be particularly beneficial for older adults who often experience a natural decline in energy levels.

Cellular Repair

ATP is not only a source of energy but also plays a role in cellular repair and maintenance processes.

Replenishing youthful ATP levels may support the body’s natural repair mechanisms, which could be beneficial in countering age-related cellular damage. Studies show that intracellular ATP administration contributes to rapid tissue regeneration to repair damaged cells. (1)

Cognitive Protection

Brain function is energy-intensive, and sufficient ATP is vital for maintaining cognitive health. Aging can impact brain energy metabolism, potentially leading to cognitive decline.

By boosting ATP levels, Longevity ATP may help in supporting cognitive functions such as memory, focus, and overall brain health in older adults. A 2023 study confirmed that supplementing with ATP improves reaction time and overall cognitive function following exercise. (2)

Protection Against Loss of Muscle Mass and Strength

Aging is associated with a loss of muscle mass and strength. This loss can affect mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. As muscle mass decreases, risk of falls and bone fractures increases, which drastically impacts healthspan.

Longevity ATP supplementation may support muscle health by improving blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscle tissues, potentially aiding in muscle growth and strength. A 12-week study found that supplementing with 400 mg of ATP daily resulted in increases of 12.9% and 16.4% for squat and deadlift, respectively. (3)

Cardiovascular Health

Adequate ATP levels are crucial for heart function. Longevity ATP may support cardiovascular health by improving blood flow and vascular function. Research shows that supplementing with ATP results in vasodilation and greater blood flow, enhancing nutrient and oxygen delivery, both critical to promoting healthy heart aging. (4)

Enhanced ATP levels can also support the heart muscle’s energy needs, which is especially important as the efficiency of the cardiovascular system declines with age. Supporting energy maintenance of heart cells enhances overall heart function and promotes longevity.

Faster Recovery and Relieves Fatigue

Older adults may experience longer recovery times after physical activities and higher levels of fatigue. Longevity ATP can aid in faster recovery post-exercise and reduce feelings of fatigue. (5)

This can encourage more consistent engagement in physical activities, which is essential for maintaining health and mobility in later years.

Age-related Metabolic Decline

Metabolic efficiency decreases with age, contributing to various age-related health issues including difficulties with regulating blood sugar, cholesterol levels, and weight.

By supporting energy metabolism, Longevity ATP may help in maintaining metabolic health, an important metric for overall well-being in older age.

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, healthy older adults who supplemented with ATP for 90 days who did not increase their activity level experienced significant body composition changes. On average, participants’ waist and hip circumferences each decreased by 3.05cm, and waist-to-hip ratio normalized by 0.02. (6)

ATP is the primary energy currency of cells, and as it decreases over the years, you can experience increased fatigue and longer recovery times, decreased strength, brain fog and memory challenges, as well as impaired cellular metabolism and DNA damage. Longevity ATP supplies much-needed cellular energy to fuel important processes like metabolism, DNA repair, and energy for both daily tasks and workouts. Longevity ATP, featuring PeakATP - a patented oral form of Adenosine 5’-Triphosphate (ATP) Disodium, can help replenish cellular energy lost through the natural aging process.

Best Section Books out there!
Format: Paperback
I plan to section hike the PCT in mostly small sections. Previous section books I'd found were called "PCT Section Hiking" but really were if you just wanted to get your feet on the PCT. THIS series of books is more than I could have hoped for and makes it so easy! I had previously spent hours and hours planning small sections, researching where to leave my car, which wilderness, what permits were needed, and on and on. This series (all different authors, but organized the same way, wonderful!) provides all the need to know info, plus very detailed commentary on each segment/leg. So grateful! So good!

Excellent resource for anyone hiking the PCT
Format: Paperback
I bought this for my brother who will be hiking the PCT for a second time this summer. He has read many books on the PCT and he said this book is an excellent resource for anyone thinking about or hiking, planning to return to, the PCT. Very easy to follow and everything you need to know as you plan your hike.

Has me feeling prepared
Format: Paperback
Gearing up to hike the first section of the PCT. I got this book, my hiking buddy got a different book that covers the entire trail. While talking about our hiking plans he often says “my book didn’t mention that.” It’s clear this book is more detailed and up to date. I’m feeling very prepared and in the know about what to expect on the PCT.

The Best of the Modern Guides to the PCT.
Format: Paperback
This book is not an update of the Wilderness Press classics on which the trail was discovered and hiked by a couple generations from the 1970s to around 2010. It does however owe those books a heavy and unacknowledged debt. This is most notable in lettering sections which the author of this guide, Shawnte Salabert, attributes to the PCTA but in fact come from scarified, Schaffer, et all who wrote the original guides to California, Oregon, and Washington. Even the definition of sweat constitutes the Southern California trail, comes from those guides. (It starts at the Mexican Border near Campo California and ends in Tuolumne Meadows, Yosemite.). But alas, those books are long out of print, in part because today’s hikers prefer light weight apps with minimal trail information as opposed to detailed descriptions of the physical geography and varied ecosystems of the trail. I’m not sure the lost knowledge has equaled the reduced weight but I’m a bit old school. And this book is as much a throwback to that kind of writing as it is a nod to recent demands of the hiking community. It does cover every mile of the route, suggest campsites along the way, and as much as possible provide an option for day and section hikes along the trail for just about anyone. The author provides good car descriptions to major trailheads for each section hike he recommends as well as available entry and exit options along the way. The writing is entertaining and the author has his own sense of humor that will become readily apparent as you read the text. Based on my experiences (and I’ve hiked 95% of the trail he describes at least once; sometimes multiple times) his mileage descriptions are accurate and you will easily be able to recognize the places he describes along the way. The book also features nice color photos and it’s availability in digital form will certainly please the gram counting hiker set. On the other hand, I miss seeing elevations along with miles at each major trail intersection, pass etc. Salabert does give total elevation gain and loss for each section of trail he describes but sometimes it’s nice to know just how much of a climb to expect. Ultimately, this book fulfills it’s purpose. You should want to hike the PCT after reading a few pages if you hadn’t already when you purchased the book. And if you are like many people with only a weekend or a few days to spare hiking the trail, this book will make planning short sections easier. It offers a lot. But it reminds me of an era when guidebooks offered even more.

Superb Guide in All Respects
Format: Paperback
An invaluable reference for anybody interested in section hiking the trail. I especially appreciate the coverage of water and campsites. It’s also a fun and beautiful read for any armchair adventurer. Salabert did an amazing job bringing together well-written text, data, maps, and beautiful photos to create a comprehensive guidebook. Deserves to do very well.
